RETURNS and EXCHANGES
At this time, we are not accepting local drop-offs for returns or exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If your OZ Trails product is defective, or there is a sizing issue, please contact us at sales@oztrailsnwa.com so we can assist you with a refund or exchange. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable for all returns, with the exception of defective products and exchanges.
We offer 100% money back returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What this means: If the item shows no sign of distress or wear and is returned in its original packaging with tags, you will get a 100% refund once the item is checked back into our system. Once we receive the return to our facility, it can take 2-3 business days to process the return. We will then refund the full amount to your credit card, which normally takes 2-3 business days to post on our end. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and nonrefundable.

We currently offer USPS Priority 2-5 Day Ground Shipping. (Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse). Please allow additional time for rural addresses or deliveries to Military APO/FPO addresses.
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and any back-ordered item will be cancelled.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: delivery may take up to 10 business days from the ship date.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
If your order meets or exceeds $100 before taxes, you will receive FREE USPS Priority Ground Shipping. Please choose the FREE shipping option during checkout.
